This short, very specific survey is an opportunity for you to contribute to thinking and planning at a key moment in the developing response to COVID-19. The aim is to draw together the experience and insights of clergy and other church staff, congregations, and members of the wider community.
The survey has been commissioned in partnership with the Church of England, Historic England, the Association of English Cathedrals, the National Churches Trust and the Historic Religious Buildings Alliance.
The answers you give are anonymous unless you elect to provide your name and contact details because you are willing to discuss your responses further. All data gathered will be treated confidentially, so we hope you can feel free to express your opinions fully. Taking this survey is entirely optional: you can withdraw from it and any follow-up at any time, at which point your personal data will be deleted. We estimate the questions will take 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey has been ethically reviewed and is compliant with the relevant regulations of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

Read our privacy policy statement for more information about how we will use and safeguard your data.
