The purpose of sending this survey out is to assess how many of our parents/carers are key workers and therefore need support from the college during college closure.

As per the government guidelines, we consider key workers to be the following:

- Clinical National Health Service staff
- Teachers, support staff and nursery nurses

- Firefighters
- Some Ministry of Defence personnel
- Environmental Health Officer
- Highway Agency Traffic Officers

Please complete this survey by Friday 27th March - 3pm. If we don’t receive a response from you, we will assume you do not require additional support from the College.
