What is important to you about how you access GP services in Southampton?

NHS Southampton City CCG would like to introduce a new service that provides patients with a choice of routine and urgent primary care appointments at evenings and weekends. This will replace the current hub service provided by Southampton Primary Care Limited and the out of hours service provided by Partnering Health Limited.

We want to seek the views of the public to understand what is important to you when accessing GP services.

Your feedback will be used to inform the new service provider of what is important to the people of Southampton when they access primary care services in the city
