ACEnano: Stakeholder consultation on needs for nanomaterial physicochemical characterisation

Thank you for your willingness to take part in the ACEnano consultation on needs for nanomaterial physicochemical characterisation. Your responses will help to steer the project strategy towards your nanomaterial analysis needs.

This questionnaire consists of a few simple questions and should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

Why do we need your input?

The ACEnano project (Horizon 2020, January 2017 to December 2020) has a number of specific objectives:

1.    to facilitate sound determination of key nanomaterial fate and exposure descriptors, by method innovation, optimisation and benchmarking;

2.    to develop documentation, workflows and decision tree guidance to guide end-users with specific characterisation needs through the range and choices of available methodologies;

3.    to provide external training in characterisation methodologies, both hands-on and via online, on-demand training and proficiency tools.

Our consultation is largely about Objective 2. We are interested in gathering information about your specific needs for nanomaterial characterisation, to help us design documentation, decision tree guidance and training that is focused towards what you, as a relevant stakeholder, require to help fulfil your characterisation needs.
As your time is valuable, we are not aiming to gather this material specifically here, but are interested in the possibility of discussing more detailed needs with you, on a one-to-one basis.

You can also choose to be kept informed of upcoming events, organised by ACEnano, that you may be interested in, such as face to face consultation and training events.

Only the staff carrying out the processing of your information will have access to your data, including your personal details. These data will be treated carefully and confidentially. Data will not be transmitted to or shared with any party outside the consortium. This survey respects the EU Data Protection Directive. We will not store or preserve your data longer than 12 months, except for your registration data if you choose to be informed of future developments and events.

This is an opportunity for you to influence the outputs of the ACEnano project to help you to carry out nanomaterial characterisation in ways that suit your needs. Thank you very much for your help.

This consultation will remain open until 15 December 2017.

Thank you in advance for your participation in this consultation,

Sincerely

The ACEnano team.
