We would be very grateful for your help in completing this short survey to help the CCG and LMC obtain an up to date picture of practice vacancies and plan a strategy to attract the  number and type of staff we need to work in Primary Care in Somerset.

We appreciate that practices adapt and use whatever staff are available and do not always fill vacancies by replacing staff like for like. For this survey we are interested in the  staff that you consider critical to maintaining core services,  which may include skill mixing  or  other changes from your traditional configuration.

We  will share with practices an overall and anonymised summary of the survey results.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
