Coronavirus - what it means for you and what support you need

Living Options Devon is a registered charity working across the South West to ensure that people with disabilities and Deaf people can live the lives they choose.

We want to find out what disabled and Deaf people, and people with long term conditions, need during the coronavirus outbreak. We want to understand better the impact that coronavirus is having on your lives and what we and other organisations can do to help you stay safe, well and connected.

This will help us make sure disabled and Deaf people’s voices are heard during this crisis and give us the opportunity to feed back to the local authority and our funders about people's needs during this crisis and any gaps which need to be addressed.

We would be very grateful if you could spare five minutes to complete this brief survey.

All of the information that you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be used for research purposes.
