YOU ARRANGE and PLAY YOUR MATCHES BY ‘PLAY BY DATES’ FOR EACH ROUND.
THE FINALS WILL BE PLAYED ON Monday 18th May (@ 7:30)
ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday 22nd March
DRAWS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY Wednesday 25th March
Entry Fee: £5.00 per player
If you are knocked out in the 1st round you will automatically be entered in the consolation draw. There will be between 1 ½ - 2 weeks for each round.
By entering this tournament you have read the guidance notes (see overleaf) and give consent to allow photos to be taken. If you have any concerns about this please contact scott.woods@lensbury.com.
Guidance Notes
PLAY BY DATES:
The play by dates for each round will be strictly enforced. The winner of any match not played by the due date will be determined by the toss of a coin – the Referee’s!
BALLS:
The player who did not make the initial contact must provide the balls.
MATCHES:
Best of 5 games, American scoring (point per point), first to 15 (win by 2 clear points).
If you lose in the first round you will automatically go into the consolation draw. Please check the website for the most up to date draws
FAIR PLAY:
Please remember you officiate all of your own matches and it is expected that you play with respect and honesty.
WINNERS:
Please email the result to scott.woods@lensbury.com and also write the result and score on the draw sheet on the squash notice board in the viewing gallery. Please contact your next opponent immediately.
You will be emailed a link whereby you can check the results online. These will be updated as soon as I have received the score via email.
FINALS DATES:
Finals (Main Event and Consolation) will be played on Monday 18th May around 7:30pm
ANYONE NOT ABLE TO PLAY IN THE FINAL, SHOULD NOT PROCEED BEYOND THE ¼ FINAL STAGE OF ANY EVENT
