IPSC 2020 Accompanying Guest Form

This form is intended to register accompanying guests for the ESU International Public Speaking Competition 2019. Each participant is permitted to have two accompanying guests and must register them using this form for them to be formally accepted as an accompanying guest. Registered accompanying guests are able to attend the Welcome ceremony on Monday evening, the prepared speech heats and the impromptu speech heats on the Thursday, as well as the grand final announcement, grand final and post-final Dartmouth House reception on Friday.

This form should be filled out by national public speaking organisers or accompanying guests themselves.
