Although it is Kent County Council, not Swale Borough Council who are responsible for leading on public health in the borough we still recognise that we play a part in improving the health and wellbeing of our residents.

We have created a Health and Wellbeing Improvement Plan identifying a number of actions that we can take to address health inequalities across the borough. Before finalising the plan we want to ensure that it accurately represents the needs of our community so we invite you to read the plan and to give feedback.

You can read the Health and Wellbeing Improvement plan by downloading it from our website here.
