Clinical Trial Design Survey

Dear Patient/Parent of Patient,
Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis/Seasonal Allergic Rhinoconjunctivitis (SAR) is most commonly caused by allergy to pollen from tree, grasses or weeds. The standard treatment for SAR currently includes the use of medication to relieve symptoms (e.g., antihistamines and corticosteroids) and specific immunotherapy (SIT). SIT is a therapy that can potentially cure the allergy, using products which contain the allergen (or a modified version of the allergen) to support the immune system to fight the allergy.

Allergy Therapeutics is a manufacturer of SIT therapies, and we are very interested in your feedback to help us further develop our products, specifically to support the availability of our products in children.

If you are or if you have a child under the age of 18 years old that suffers from grass and/or tree pollen allergy, we would be very grateful if you could answer our survey questions.

The survey contains up to 4 questions and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.  Thank you for participating. Your feedback is very important.
