Quality Assurance Survey

This survey has been designed in order to help to understand how Quality Assurance is currently used by charities and social enterprises.

What do we mean by Quality Assurance?

Our definition is: 'a systematic approach to identifying and responding to the needs of your service users so that you can provide an appropriate service consistently and to agreed standards'.

Assurance measures could take various forms, from internal assurance such as customer feedback forms through to sector-specific requirements (e.g kitemarks, registrations, certifications).

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes.

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be individually identifiable.

However, if you wish to receive the final report, please make sure to include your name and email address in the comment box in question 10.

If you have any questions, concerns or wish to withdraw from the survey, please contact Ffion Plant, Researcher at Social Spider CIC  ffion@socialspider.com

This deadline for completing this survey is the 29th June at 17:00
