On 26 June 2017, the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 were repealed and replaced by the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.
Part 5 of the Regulations, specifically regulations 44 and 45, set out the obligations applicable to USSL as a ''relevant trust''. These relate to record keeping requirements and information required to be provided to HMRC.
