Overview
More than ever, leaders need to deal with uncertainty. How do you maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, embrace innovation, and stay adept and competitive in global markets during uncertain and changing times?

This fast paced, highly interactive week will challenge you to explore what it takes to be an entrepreneurial leader. You will also reflect on how you become more effective cultivate strength and resilience and thrive to be your best, while inspiring others to do their best.

You will explore what has shaped you as a leader, gain insights from looking at highs and lows in your journey and discover patterns that you can build on to become a better leader for the future. You will also look at the culture and
dynamics of innovation and learn how to apply a design thinking methodology.

As you consider the creation of a ‘gaps free architecture’ enterprise, you will
take a deep dive into strategy and sales, exploring what it takes to build a future-proof global enterprise. In addition to the Babson sessions, you will have two half days of company visits and meet guest entrepreneurs. You will also have the opportunity to meet with leaders from the Boston entrepreneurial ecosystem at a specially hosted evening reception with Scottish Development International and GlobalScots.
