Once you have completed the questionnaire, I will contact you to arrange a free of charge 30-minute consultation session (by Zoom) to discuss your answers and agree on a way forward.
Please note that you are not committing to anything by completing this questionnaire and I will not pressure you to sign-up. Let me know your thoughts and we'll have a chat to see if this feels like the right thing for you.

The aim of the model is to enable you to embrace self-doubt and make it your ally. With this approach, self-doubt can become a powerful and motivating force within your life.

It is important for you to know that our coaching work is entirely confidential and I encourage you to share openly. The only time I will ever share details of our work together would be in my supervision, if appropriate, and you would not be identified.

I encourage you to answer the questions instinctively from your current or previous perspective on self-doubt - go with your first answer rather than thinking it through too much.

Write as much or as little as you wish and feel free to be creative with your answers rather than articulate - use single words, phrases, metaphors - whatever comes to mind!
