The aim of the model is to enable you to embrace self-doubt and make it your ally. With this approach, self-doubt can become a positive force for meaningful and sustainable growth.

It is important for you to know that our coaching work is entirely confidential and I encourage you to share openly. The only time I will ever share details of our work together would be in my supervision, if appropriate, and you would not be identified.

I encourage you to answer the questions instinctively from your current or previous perspective on self-doubt - go with your first answer rather than thinking it through too much.

Write as much or as little as you wish and feel free to be creative with your answers rather than articulate - use single words, phrases, metaphors - whatever comes to mind!
