Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) recently distributed information for carers to ensure that the people they care for (and themselves) were well hydrated.  Hydration is really important because dehydration can lead to a number of problems which can quickly get worse.

The MK Self-Care Steering Group’s Hydration and Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) information leaflet was produced at the request of Carers MK and in order to look at how useful the information is, we have produced a short five question survey.

We appreciate the time taken to help us improve on the information that we share with the public.
