Deadline Friday 22nd January 2021

This survey should only take a short time to complete. It consists of various mission statements and values we think are important for our future work, from our consultation so far. We would love to hear your thoughts on them.

What it's all about:

We’ve had an exciting few years delivering our 2018-2021 strategy, to ensure we deliver mental health support to people across Bradford District through our core services. We are now looking ahead to our next three years, and we are really keen for clients, partners and members of our local community to help shape our thinking and future support.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to contribute. Your view is really important to us and will enable us to improve our support.
