Question Title

*In the ongoing strategy work, Support in Mind Scotland wants the Scottish Government to increase involvement of people with lived experience of mental health problems, and the family, friends and supporters who help them.

We would like to have a record of people, whether as someone with lived experience of mental health problems, or as a friend, relative or supporter, who would be interested in potential opportunities to tell the government their experience – for example, through answering some questions for us or attending one of the Scottish Government’s events.

The information you provide here will only be used internally by Support in Mind Scotland to let you know of any opportunities that may interest you. This process is completely voluntary and it is up to you whether you want to take part in any activity.
