Treasury Today Group's Women in Treasury initiative continues to go from strength to strength, challenging the status quo. Your continued participation in this annual global study, again proudly supported by State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), is helping us build a clear picture of womens' careers across the industry, while tackling key issues such as gender equality, diversity, inclusion, work-life balance, career progression and building talented teams.
This years' study builds upon the above and moves the debate forward, exploring key areas such as:

- Diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities.
- Mentoring, sponsorship and coaching.
- Career journeys and confronting bias and discrimination.
- Engaging our diversity and inclusion allies.
As a participant you will be sent a full set of findings from the study. A summary of the results will be published in Treasury Today and Treasury Today Asia and will be presented at our Women in Treasury Forums in London on 12th September and New York in October.
