Have your say about mental health and wellbeing services
We are seeking to understand people's experiences of accessing mental health support in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas to guide the development of services to better meet needs.
You are invited to take part in this survey because you are a person who may have accessed mental health support, attempted to do so and / or you may also be a carer or family member or friend or professional for someone with lived experience of mental health support. If you have both personal and carer experience and wish to provide feedback from both points of view then please complete the survey separately for each perspective.
Your experiences will be highly valuable in informing what is working well currently and what may need to change in the future. Taking part is entirely voluntary and will be very helpful in ensuring the review is hearing from people with lived experience of mental health.
Any data stored will be done so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). A summary report will be produced and published on our website where all data will have been anonymized.
Please note all anonymized responses will be shared with Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group to ensure your contribution feeds into their service review processes.
