Clydach Health and Wellbeing Questionnaire

The Men's Shed Clydach would love to hear from you! Here at the Men's Shed, we provide a safe space for all community members to come together, not just men. One of our many community partners, Vale Europe Ltd, recognises the great work we do and has donated funds that will significantly support the services we want to offer. We will use the money to continue to support adult mental health and wellbeing within the community of Clydach. We'd love to find out what Clydach residents feel would benefit their mental health and wellbeing. Answering the following questions would greatly help us to identify your needs and wishes.
