King's Coronation Bandstand Project Performance Application

Music for Youth are delighted to invite applications for young performance groups to showcase their talents on Brighton Bandstand as part of the King's Coronation Bandstand Project.

You could join over 8,000 other young musicians from across England by performing as part of this historic event. For more information on the full programme, visit our website here.

We have 20 performance opportunities available and travel bursaries of up to £200 per group are available. 

If you would like to apply to perform please make sure you have the following information on hand before you complete this form:
  • Group Leader contact details
  • Alternative Group Leader contact details
  • Number of performers and accompanying adults
  • Ages of performers
  • Access requirements
  • Performance time slot request (between 13:00-18:00)
  • Biography of group

The deadline to complete this information is Tuesday 25 April at 12noon. 

You will be notified whether you application has been successful on Wednesday 26 April.
