Q Exchange Virtual QI Simulations Idea

Hello and welcome to our survey! We are a group of Q Members in South West London that have put together an idea to introduce a new suite of QI simulations and games to support online learning:  https://q.health.org.uk/idea/2020/virtual-qi-simulations-and-games-supporting-online-learning/

In our experiences of transitioning to delivering online training as part of building QI capability within our organisations, we've found that QI simulations that have previously worked well in a face to face setting (ball factory, Mr Potato Head, coin spinning etc.) haven't translated quite as successfully to a virtual setting. We feel there is a real gap out there to develop a suite of online simulations and games to support health and social care organisations to learn together and develop QI capability in their workforce.

As fellow improvement professionals we'd really welcome some feedback on this idea and your experiences of delivering QI training virtually.
