Thank you for taking the time to complete this industry survey on supply chain benchmarks. The survey aims to capture supply chain performance in Demand Planning/Forecasting and Inventory Management.
Why should I care about this survey?
IGD’s benchmarking programme will help you identify:
· what KPIs you should measure
· how you should measure them
· how your performance compares with others
The results will empower you to objectively evaluate your performance by putting it in context within the wider industry. This will enable you to identify achievable targets and where to focus your efforts in improving your supply chain further.
All responses are completely anonymised and won't be attributable to you or your company. As a thank you for your participation, we will send you a summary report containing a selection of key results - just leave your email address.

Please note that the survey is designed around retailer and supplier performance. Therefore, the questions contained in the survey are not applicable to service providers that aren't involved in demand planning and inventory management activities.
