The survey has been designed to examine barriers to career progression (both external and personal challenges) and what organisations can do to improve the support it provides employees to enable a healthy pipeline of future leaders.

We believe in making a bigger social impact where we can and for every completed response we get, My Confidence Matters will pledge to pay for one day of training for a woman in Africa.

The research is being conducted in association with Dr Geraldine Perriam of The University of Glasgow, Capability Jane (a recruitment business that focuses on sourcing talented executives on a flexible working basis) and Management Today (curators of practical advice and brilliant thinking that will help UK leaders build or sustain world-class businesses).
