We have been running regular Facebook Live sessions since the beginning of April 2020. We've covered a range of topics including different areas of pain, gardening, sleep, fatigue, flares, exercising, baking, emotional wellbeing and mindfulness. The sessions have run around once a week.

Once the session is complete we add it to the My AS, My Life page on our website, along with useful links and downloadable materials: https://nass.co.uk/managing-my-as/my-as-my-life/

We'd like a bit of feedback on the sessions so we've put this short survey together. It will help us ensure we run the sessions in a way that's most beneficial to you.

Thank you for your time and feedback.
