About this Survey The OISC wants to hear about your experience of using immigration advice and services provided by those organisations regulated by us. The feedback received will help us identify areas where improvements can be made to the services that you receive. It will also allow us to identify those services that work well.

What does the OISC do? The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) regulates immigration advisers throughout the UK, ensuring they are fit and competent and act in the best interests of their clients.
Who do we regulate? We regulate organisations and individuals who provide immigration advice and services who are not regulated by another designated professional body, such as the Law Society and the Bar Council.
About the survey The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and consists of 34 questions in 4 sections.
