How are you doing?

We have created this 5-10 minute wellbeing check-in to better understand how you lovely folk of Yorkshire are doing right now. There has been a lot of telling and guidance at this time but we’d really like to hear from you. How are you doing?

We are Magpie, a Yorkshire-based behaviour change agency (www.wearemagpie.com) and we are all about healthier and happier communities. We work with Councils, NHS and Public Health organisations on campaigns. Our goal is to ensure that we are committed to our goal and our campaigns are supporting where it's needed most.

You could also be the winner of one of our 6 Lockdown Wellbeing Hampers.

This survey covers all aspects of mental and physical wellbeing and may include some questions that are difficult to answer.
