Definition Programme Survey - Start of the program

This survey is for charities joining the Definition Programme to help us both to understand, and see if we can adapt, to the expectations of those taking part, and also to set a baseline we can compare back to at the end of the programme. In combination with the survey and learning workshops at the end of the programme, this will really help us to improve other Catalyst programmes, and report back to the funders of the initiative. 

There are 14 questions to complete, which should take around 15 minutes in total (although feel free to go into as much detail as you like and take longer if you wan to).

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will only be used by inFocus/Catalyst for the purposes of the learning and evaluation of the Catalyst framework.
