Shaping Primary Care Training for Learning Disability Annual Health Checks

Basildon and Brentwood Clinical Commissioning Group would like to improve the impact of training for GPs. We are doing this to support the delivery of annual health checks for people with learning disabilities (LD). The aim is to encourage people to visit their doctor and reduce their health inequalities.
