Career Accelerator is very excited to be growing our flagship programme for Neurodiverse and Disabled 18 - 30 year olds for Autumn 2023!

We are connecting 18-30 year old Neurodiverse and Disabled young people with Neurodiverse and Disabled business mentors, or allies, who work at top inclusive businesses such as Cisco, Centrica, LinkedIn, Pearson, and more, to prepare for successful careers in professional sectors.

Career Accelerator is an award-winning social enterprise who has been supported and featured by the likes of Teach First, LinkedIn for Good, PinkNews, the Fair Education Alliance, and more. We run three different mentoring programmes, and work with over 20 business partners and over 30 school or community partners.

- Learning about relevant and aspirational career opportunities in professional sectors
- Making informed decisions about future training, employment and professional development based on personalised support,
- Building self-awareness and self-confidence to develop realistic and ambitious career goals,
- Feeling more prepared when applying for training, employment or professional development opportunities,Developing your professional network by working with professionals

Over the course of the programme, you will have access to the following:
- One training workshop, led by staff at Career Accelerator, to help you develop the skills necessary to be a successful mentee,
- At least 3 one-hour one-to-one mentoring sessions with a professional from a top corporate,
