2018 CoMET and Nova - Customer Satisfaction Survey - London Underground
Your local transport organisation, Transport for London, would like to know what you think of the London Underground service. For example, is it easy to get information about the Underground? Are the trains frequent? It is easy to pay for the Underground? Are the stations and trains clean and comfortable?
We are interested in your replies whether you use the service frequently, occasionally, or even if you rarely use the service.
Most respondents complete the survey in 3-5 minutes. The survey consists of a number of statements, and we would like to know whether you agree or disagree with each of them. Please click the column that shows your reaction to each statement.
This survey is being conducted by underground networks across the world at the same time, so that they can find out what their passengers think of the service they provide.
