Your local transport organisation, Transport for London, would like to know what you think of the London Underground service. For example, is it easy to get information about the metro? Are the trains frequent? It is easy to pay for the metro? Are the stations and trains clean and comfortable?

We are interested in your replies regarding your current use of the metro service whether you use the service frequently, occasionally, or even if you rarely use the service.

Most respondents complete the survey in 3-5 minutes. The survey consists of a number of statements, and we would like to know whether you agree or disagree with each of them.
