Welcome to our Lockdown Inclusion Survey!

Have you been surprised (pleasantly or not!) about how your organisation has managed its people through the Covid-19 lockdown? How has your organisation’s response impacted your experience of the lockdown and your wellbeing? Have you noticed any differences between the expectations of men and women?

Please complete this survey to help us create powerful conversations about what organisations can learn from the past 8+ weeks and what the consequences will be as we transition to the new normal.

The study is open to anyone employed by a UK company (unfortunately not company owners, Board Directors or Partners). The survey is voluntary, and we are looking to hear all experiences, positive and negative, to help us get the best picture of how organisations have responded to the lockdown. It will only take a few minutes to complete and is completely anonymous (there is a progress bar at the bottom of the screen).

As a partnership between Avenir Consulting and 2to3days, our Lockdown Inclusion project aims to find out how the lockdown has impacted organisational culture of inclusion and how people of diverse backgrounds have experienced it.
