1. Welcome to our Survey

Thank you for participating in our survey - organised by Little Chalfont Parish Council, supported by Little Chalfont Community Asociation.
Your feedback is important.

Little Chalfont residents have previously indicated support for a new community centre to replace the village hall which is over 60 years old and cannot cope with the needs of today's growing community.
The Parish Council is now looking for support for the latest design before submitting a planning application.

The design is based on feedback from many local people including users of the village hall and potential users of the new building.
It also follows discussions with the planning authority.

Funding for the building would come from three main sources:
1. Parish Council reserves, which would be in the region of £500,000 by the time the contract is placed.
2. Grants and fund-raising.
3. Loan from the public works loan board.  Depending on how much is required, the effect of the loan would be to add between about 14p (Band D property) and 50p (Band G) per week to the local council tax.

Please look at the plans and a short video which can be accessed here.

Please do not complete this survey if you have already returned a feedback card from the recent exhibition.
