Accessible information and communication support in Leeds

If you have a communication need due to a disability, impairment or sensory loss, it is your right to request communication support to meet your needs by law.

Healthwatch Leeds wants to find out your communication experience in accessing health and care services over the past year.

We will not use any information that would identify you. We will share the findings with people who plan and deliver health and care services in Leeds and publish them on our website.
