The Inclusion Strategy has been drafted by ED&I professionals under the People Programme Board over the summer of 2019. The purpose of this strategy is to provide an umbrella to the work that is being done in services and not to detract from it. It aims to identify opportunities to learn and collaborate wherever possible to create a genuinely inclusive strategy. The board are keen to move towards developing an action plan and so are interested in how inclusion is being managed within your FRSs and what tools and guidance is required to support FRSs in implementing this strategy. We also hope to run some engagement activities over the coming months to further refine this work. If you are interested in participating please email nfccpeople@ukfrs.com.

The close date for this consultation is 10 January 2020.
