Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIP’s) are a key plank in proposed Government reforms of post-16 education designed to support the needs of employers in the future.  This survey is designed to provide an opportunity for employers to set out the current strengths and weaknesses of skills provision in Cumbria and make their voice heard in terms of what needs to change to meet their needs.  Alongside this work there are also a number of Focus Groups and 1-2-1 employer interviews taking place, and we would encourage you to participate if at all possible.  Many thanks.
