Emotional wellbeing and mental health are topics that a lot of people are talking about at the moment. However, Healthwatch Southwark has heard that many people don't know where to go for support and find it hard to get the help they need. We want to find out about young people's experiences and gather ideas for making services better. We will present these ideas to people who make decisions about services, so that we can represent the voice of patients and the public.
There are no right or wrong answers - we want to hear your views! You do not have to share any personal details or experiences and it is fine to talk generally. However, it is also really useful for us to hear about real-life experiences.
In our report we will keep all the results of the survey anonymous and we would only tell someone what an individual says if we thought you or someone else was at a real risk.
