In addition to the general questions relating to your motivations for applying to be part of the ATT Panel, this survey includes questions relating to equality and diversity which will provide Huddersfield Town AFC with information about the extent to which we are taking account of equality considerations in relation to supporter consultation.
As part of the Foundation and Club's continued commitment towards achieving equality in all areas of our operations, we need to monitor and report on the effectiveness of our equality policies.
All ATT applicants are encouraged to answer as many questions as possible, as this information will greatly assist us in implementing and monitoring Huddersfield Town AFC's Equality Policy, which includes ensuring that our supporter base is reflective of the communities and stakeholders that we serve.
Please note: The information provided in this survey will be treated in confidence. Completion of the equality and diversity section of this survey is not compulsory. The information will be used for the sole purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of our Equality Policy and to ensure our supporter consultation through ATT is as representative as possible.
Any personal information provided will be processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation.
