Survey for Parents/Carers - how do you feel about your child returning to school on the 1st June?

Dear Parent / Carer,
As you will be aware the government has stated its intention for schools to start to reopen to students other than those who are vulnerable or the children of key workers from the 1st June providing that key measures are met by the 28th May.

The proposed timeline for students to return to schools by the government are;

Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 students to return from the 1st June.
Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 5 students to return from the 22nd June.
Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9 do not yet have a return date set at present.
Year 10 and Year 12 students will start to receive face to face support from the 1st June.
Please note that these dates are all proposed as earliest dates and may be subject to change as per the government guidance.

The School, working with the Governors have been planning and continues to plan for the return of students in accordance with the above guidance and other associated advice provided by the government.

This is a challenging time for everybody, and we understand that there will likely be some concerns about the students returning and their safety.

Preparations are taking place to ensure that the school site and the routines implemented around the school will provide as safe an environment as is possible. Further specific details regarding these arrangements and how they will be implemented will be provided in a separate communication to all parents.

To help further these preparations it would be extremely appreciated if you can please complete the questionnaire below regarding your intentions as to whether your child / children will be returning to school when it re-opens. We are asking that the questionnaire is completed as soon as possible.
