We appreciate you completing this survey

Bromley Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP) is a local group made up of parents, doctors, midwives and other health care professionals who are working together to improve maternity care in Bromley.  The MVP is seeking views from mothers and their partners who live in Bromley about their experience of using  Bromley maternity services.   We will use this information to help us understand what is working well and what we need to improve.

Your views will be anonymous.  They will also be used to help us develop what priorities we need to focus on improving over the next 12 months.   An outcomes report on the result of this survey will be published on the Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group website.

There are a number of  questions about your maternity experiences.  However, the vast majority of these are quick, tick box answers which should not take too long to complete.   We estimate it will take anything between 5 to 15 minutes to fill in  the survey depending on how much you want to share with us.    There are also a further 9 equality and diversity questions at the end which provide us with important information about who is completing our survey and whether we need to target any other communities we are not hearing from.   Please be reassured you will not be identified from your answers.
