Job Description
Kitchen Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality and presentation of food menu
• Liaise with Front of House (FOH) about service and presentation
• Meet regularly with Head Chef about review on progress and benchmarks
• Food preparation and execution
• Kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Agreeing stock needs
General Duties & Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Front of House (FOH) as required
• Administration relating to the above activities
• Contribute to other activities relating to QHC
Potential Future Duties:
• Undertaking training necessary to improve in role
Location & Hours:
• Quarter Horse Coffee, Birmingham, will be the primary location
• Working a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Minimum of 3 shifts a week, one weekday and 2 weekend.
