Harpenden Town Council would like to do what it can to help reduce litter around town. HTC is conducting this survey to:
  • Pinpoint the town’s litter hotspots and private land where litter is an issue, and work with landowners to solve the problem.
  • Identify areas where Litter Angels are needed. The Town Council will soon launch the new Litter Angels initiative where residents can sign up to volunteer their time to clear litter in various areas around town.
  • Learn ways in which we can prevent litter in the first instance.
We appreciate your time taking this survey. If you have any questions, please email harpenden.town.council@harpenden.gov.uk.

This survey will close on Friday 30 April 2021.
