Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales (LBFEW) and Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) are acting as facilitators to seek possible trustees for charities supported by LBFEW.  Any LBG employee who becomes a trustee of such charities does so in a personal capacity and is not acting on behalf of LBFEW or LBG when performing their duties as a trustee.  LBFEW and LBG will therefore not be liable for any acts or omissions of LBG employees when acting in the capacity of trustee. LBFEW and LBG will also not be responsible for vetting or assessing the capabilities of any potential trustee.

We'll be in touch if/when we have a suitable colleague to introduce you to. Since we can't guarantee an introduction, please continue to pursue other avenues through which to recruit new trustees.
