Equality Into Action Grading

Many thanks for taking part in our Equality Into Action Grading.

The purpose of this grading is to find out how responsive you think our Trust is for our service users and staff.

Please have a look at our equality information published on our website, think about your own personal experiences and what other people have told you about equality and diversity at Greater Manchester Mental Health.

Our grading asks four questions about how service users move through our services and how their complaints are handled and then some further questions about yourself. The grading should take no more than five minutes.

If you have any questions about our grading or would like to discuss any issue relating to equality and diversity, please call our Customer Care Team on: (0161) 358 0600

The results of the survey will be reported in our Annual Equality Report which is published every January on our website.
