What are the most important things clients often don't know?

The CLC is ramping up its work to educate consumers about the conveyancing process - what they should expect from their conveyancer and what they will need to do during a transaction. 

To help focus our efforts, we’d like to know what conveyancers think their clients should know more about than they currently do before they embark on a property transaction. 

We’ve had some suggestions, and we would like you to rank these in order of importance please.  There’s also space at the end for you to make your own suggestions.
