About Us
This survey is being run by LGBT Youth Scotland and we want to hear the views and experiences of lesbian, bisexual and trans women in Scotland aged 13-25 on a range of issues.

Filling out this survey

The questions in the survey will ask you about your experiences of inequality, sexism and prejudice as well as available supports and community.

Please answer as many of the questions as you can to help us understand the experiences of LGBT young women and girls in Scotland.

If there is a question in the survey that you don’t want to answer, you can just skip past it and if at any time you want to exit the survey, you can simply close your browser. There is also an “Exit” button on every page of this survey so that you can leave quickly if you need to.

Keeping safe
We recommend that you fill out this survey with the support of someone you trust as some of these questions may bring up upsetting memories or thoughts.

If you feel upset or distressed after completing this survey, or if you need to talk to someone, here are some sources of support:

How we will use your information
We will only use your answers to inform our research and will not use your answers to identify you individually.

Please be aware that the answers you provide may be used in case studies, training and resources that are available to the public, however you will remain anonymous.

It is up to you whether you take part and you can stop the survey at any time. If you answer the survey, it means that you agree to take part in this research.

Please do not provide us with any names when talking about your experiences. If you do give us names or other information that can be used to identify you or someone else this will be removed.

If you tell us something that makes us very worried for your safety or someone else's safety, we may have to tell someone about this.
