RYA Patrol Boat Qualification Survey

At the AGM it was voted that, by 2021, all Tudor Sailing Club Patrol Boat helms would be required to have the RYA Patrol Boat Level Two qualification as well as successfully completing Tudor's own Patrol Boat helm training.

In order to help the Sailing Committee plan how to implement this over the next five years, it would be very helpful if you could complete the following short, seven question, questionnaire.

Please note, if there are multiple Tudor members over the age of 16 in your family, it would be appreciated if you could complete this questionnaire for each individual. To do this, once you have completed the survey, just go back and click on the link to complete it for each subsequent member.
