The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust (YWT) is a local charity, working to protect and conserve Yorkshire's wild places and wildlife for all to enjoy. We care for 104 nature reserves across Yorkshire, including Wheldrake Ings. This nature reserve is a key site in the Lower Derwent Valley (LDV), an internationally important area for wildlife, most notably for its floodplain meadows and the habitat it provides for breeding and overwintering birds.
We are applying, with partners, for funding in order to improve visitor experience in this area, from access to information. Your views in this questionnaire are a valued input, feeding directly into developing and providing evidence in support of the bid.
Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions.
