Liverpool City Region - Graduate skills survey

The Liverpool City Region (LCR) Grad Scheme aims to connect local graduate talent with SMEs across the Liverpool City Region (LCR). Funded by the European Social Fund, the scheme will ensure businesses have direct and streamlined access to graduates residing in the LCR, from all universities.

Eligible SMEs are able to access a specialised recruitment programme aimed at finding the best graduate talent in the LCR, plus a bespoke six-month training and development programme for graduates that join their business via the scheme.

This survey aims to identify the most important graduate skills and competencies for SMEs in the LCR in order to inform the content of the bespoke six-month learning and development programme. 

The survey is open to any business with less than 250 employees based in one of the six boroughs of the LCR (Sefton, St Helens, Liverpool, Knowsley, Wirral and Halton), and will take approximately five minutes to complete. 

This research is being undertaken by Gradconsult on behalf of the LCR Grad scheme. The data collected through this survey will be stored securely by Gradconsult. Any personal information provided will be held and used in accordance with privacy laws in the UK and only for the purposes for which it was collected.
